60 SOCIAL HOUSING

The new social apartments are distributed in two parallel bars, linked by a common corridor. A void in the south façade provides proper illumination and ventilation across the building. Access halls are visually connected by a double space void, grouped every two floor plans.

An aluminium shutter grid is putted in top of the façades masking the whole building, abstracting the housing programme as well as becoming a solar protection. The main façades are made of GRC (light prefabricated concrete panels).

All apartments are built with stackable concrete modules, with all interior and exterior finishes made in a controlled factory. All kind of apartments are a combination of three different modules.
