Per aix\u00f3 hem apostat per les noves tecnologies i per l’estandaritzaci\u00f3, que ens ha perm\u00e9s controlar tot el proc\u00e9s de disseny, des del concepte inicial fins al control de l’execuci\u00f3 d’obra.<\/p>\n

Seguint aquestes premises, hem adaptat el nostre proc\u00e9s de disseny i direcci\u00f3 d’obra a la metodologia BIM (Building Information Modelling), amb un equip en constant formaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n
 <\/p>\n
L’\u00fas d’aquest sistema ens ha perm\u00e9s un major control del disseny, gr\u00e0cies a una coordinaci\u00f3 permanent entre els equips de treball a partir d’un \u00fanic model 3D col\u00b7laboratiu.<\/p>\n
 <\/p>\n
Els resultats obtinguts han demostrat un major control de qualitat en obra, reduint els temps, am\u00e9s d’una coordinaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s din\u00e0mica entre els equips. Resultats comprovats en el disseny i construcci\u00f3 de l’Institut Serra de Noet, guanyador del Premi Catalunya Construcci\u00f3 Apartat Innovaci\u00f3 2019.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”grid” text_align=”left” background_animation=”none” css_animation=””][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
