Para ello hemos apostado por las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y por la estandarizaci\u00f3n, que nos ha permitido controlar todo el proceso de dise\u00f1o, desde el concepto inicial hasta el control de la ejecuci\u00f3n de obra.<\/p>\n

Siguiendo estas premisas, hemos adaptado nuestros procesos de dise\u00f1o y direcci\u00f3n de obra a la metodolog\u00eda BIM (Building Information Modelling), con un equipo en constante formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
 <\/p>\n
El uso de este sistema nos ha permitido un mayor control del dise\u00f1o, gracias a una coordinaci\u00f3n permanente entre los equipos de trabajo a partir de un \u00fanico modelo 3D colaborativo.<\/p>\n
 <\/p>\n
Los resultados obtenidos han mostrado un mayor control de calidad en obra, reduciendo los tiempos, adem\u00e1s de una coordinaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s din\u00e1mica entre los equipos. Resultados comprobados en el dise\u00f1o y construcci\u00f3n del Instituto Serra de Noet, el edificio p\u00fablico con estructura de CLT(Cross Laminated Timber) m\u00e1s grande de Catalu\u00f1a.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”grid” text_align=”left” css_animation=””][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
