HOW WE DO IT
Since our beginning, we have worked to achieve a rigorous architecture in its project and constructive dimension, which is related to the nowadays society and with a wide connection with the user. Because of that we have focused our work on new technologies and standardization, in order to improve the design control, from concept until construction.
Following these premises, we have adapted our design process and construction management to the BIM method (Building Information Modeling), keeping the team always up to date.
Using this system, we have obtained a better design control and permanent coordination between the different work teams. All of these have been possible due to the shared collaborative 3D model usage.
The final results have shown an increase in site quality control with a reduction of time intervals, as well as a more dynamic coordination between the teams. The results were Proven within the design and construction of the Serra de Noet Institute, the largest public building based on CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) structure in Catalunya, that has been recently awarded the first prize in the Catalunya Construcció Apartat Innovació 2019.
