The project proposes 40 houses within a complex of two independent blocks, arranged considering the layout and orientation of the site, as well as the developer’s desire to offer one, two, or three-bedroom homes. A large communal area is designed, featuring a swimming pool and garden.

Both blocks are configured with ground-level access and a single vertical circulation core, which provides access to all floors and the shared basement, designated for parking and storage units. Two blocks are planned, each with a ground floor and three upper floors, with 4 and 6 houses per floor, respectively.

Given the isolated building typology, the ground-floor houses have a large private outdoor area. The houses on the upper floors feature generously sized balconies connected to the living rooms and kitchens, designed with galvanised steel plates, lacquered and micro-perforated. These projecting elements provide, in an orderly manner, a sense of interrelation, diversity, and dynamism to the two solid blocks, which are finished in light-coloured ceramic brickwork in three tones.
