Two narrow façade-width plots, grouped, offer the only opportunity of building a ‘full’ apartment block and an underground parking.

Its location at Passeig de Sant Joan, one of the best and more undervalued streets in Barcelona, overscales the intervention and the will for integrating the proposal with its surroundings.

Regarding the façades, number 77 building is entirely preserved. An extra level is added through a mimetic work in relation to the rest of the façade, given we understand it admits it unreservedly. As for number 79, lacking any architectural value, is demolished and built again in a contemporary style, keeping up the fenestration.
