The new office centre building accommodates airport supporting activity firms. The L-shaped plan of the construction faces a huge roundabout placed just in front getting both connected.
Main facades are solved with an only opening module and a cavity wall made of natural stone. The rear facades, facing south, are protected from the sun by a slab extension jutting out allowing good maintenance.
The hall of the building, a cubic space and all the building high, constitutes the more significant element. This space, with totally glazed facades, is the functional and geometrical centre of the construction. Its yard character is reinforced by the fact that interior facades are a continuation of the exterior ones and both have the same finishing materials.
