A public square renoval is required in order to improve the actual services of the existing cultural centre.

The proposal can be summed up:

-Demolishing the current public square.

-Constructing a building with a non-evident volumetric presence, buried under the new public square and facing a generous patio.

-Covering the new building and urbanizing the square obtaining a whole unique public space.

-Identifying the new cultural centre with the antique industrial building situated in the plot by building a technological tower (evoking the old chimney).
