The programme, 64 apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms, is arranged in two independent buildings. This solution makes possible to solve the big difference in height in the plot limit and the application of height regulations, with two visually independent volumes. The access to both buildings is placed in the intersection point at the chamfered corner.

The layout of both buildings, a main corridor with the flats on both sides. Interior 2,5x2m patios, with a translucent closure, guarantee crossed ventilation for the flats as well as the corridor’s proper lighting. These are painted in several colours, giving an assorted chromatic range to the different accesses.

The public street façades have a very urban composition; cavity walls made out of large ceramic tile pieces.
