The 60 apartments, ten per floor, are organized with maximum continuous facade for each of them and only one core. Closed protruding bodies are created in order to improve the interior layouts, as well as long terraces with the same flight, maximizing the building’s performance.
The facade is conceived in relation to the important gauge of the building, the aforementioned oriels and the domestic scale of the spaces and fenestration. It aims to lighten the building mass, providing a horizontal and dynamic gesture, without sacrificing an optimal maintenance.
The flights manifest each level continuously along the entire facade, making possible a whole vision and reveailing its urban scale. The ‘corten’ steel railings are placed in contrast to the finishing of the building envelope, made of a polychromy of glazed bricks.
